The Newport Coast real estate market is located along Pacific Coast Highway at Newport Coast Drive as well as can be accessed off the 73 Toll Road.  Newport Coast is approximately 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport and is located just to the north of Laguna Beach and the south of Corona Del Mar.  Newport Coast is surrounded by two nature preserves, Crystal Cove State Park and Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, which makes for less housing density along the water and surrounding the community.

Outdoor activities in this community include beaches, hiking, golfing, and more.  Crystal Cove State Park features a beautiful beach and one of the best restaurants, The Beachcomber Cafe.  The world famous resort and golf club, Pelican Hill, is located in Newport Coast and features wonderful accomodations, a spa, restaurants, and two golf courses.

Newport Coast is also home to the famous Marriot Newport Coast Villas, featuring vacation timeshares, pools, business center, spas, and find dining.  Other amenities include the Newport Coast Shopping Center with retail, coffee shops, dining, and more.  Other dining, entertainment, and activities are found close by at Fashion Island in Newport Beach or being centrally located in Orange County, it is very easy to get to some of the most popular attractions in surrounding communities.
